Acceptance & service description
Estos Términos de Uso rigen el acceso y uso del servidor MCP (Model Context Protocol) público de EcoPlaza, disponible en https://ecodashboard.iterruptivo.com/api/mcp (para Claude y clientes MCP genéricos) y https://ecodashboard.iterruptivo.com/api/mcp-chatgpt (para ChatGPT). El servicio es operado por EcoPlaza / Iterruptivo y expone, de forma pública y de solo lectura, información comercial de los proyectos de EcoPlaza: proyectos activos, ubicación, cómo visitarlos, rubros permitidos, horarios de atención, beneficios, situación legal y el listado de locales disponibles.
Al conectar un agente de IA, aplicación o cliente MCP a este servidor, o al construir una integración que lo consulte, aceptas estos Términos de Uso en su totalidad. Si no estás de acuerdo con ellos, no debes utilizar el servicio.
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of EcoPlaza's public MCP (Model Context Protocol) server, available at https://ecodashboard.iterruptivo.com/api/mcp (for Claude and generic MCP clients) and https://ecodashboard.iterruptivo.com/api/mcp-chatgpt (for ChatGPT). The service is operated by EcoPlaza / Iterruptivo and publicly exposes, on a read-only basis, commercial information about EcoPlaza's projects: active projects, location, how to visit them, allowed business categories, opening hours, benefits, legal status, and the list of available units.
By connecting an AI agent, application or MCP client to this server, or by building an integration that queries it, you accept these Terms of Use in full. If you do not agree with them, you must not use the service.
Permitted use
Está permitido consultar la información comercial pública que el servidor expone: listado de proyectos, información de un proyecto (ubicación, horario, rubros, beneficios, situación legal), locales o puestos disponibles (código, piso, área en m²) y el enlace de contacto por WhatsApp hacia el equipo comercial. Este uso está pensado para ayudar a personas interesadas en conocer la oferta comercial de EcoPlaza a través de agentes de IA.
It is permitted to query the public commercial information the server exposes: the list of projects, project information (location, opening hours, categories, benefits, legal status), available units (code, floor, area in m²) and the WhatsApp contact link to the sales team. This use is intended to help people interested in EcoPlaza's commercial offerings do so through AI agents.
Prohibited use
Está prohibido: (a) intentar escribir, modificar o eliminar datos a través del servidor, que es estrictamente de solo lectura; (b) realizar scraping automatizado masivo con el fin de replicar, reconstruir o revender la base de datos de EcoPlaza; (c) enviar volúmenes anómalos de solicitudes con fines de abuso, denegación de servicio o evasión de límites de uso; (d) usar el servicio con fines ilícitos, fraudulentos o que infrinjan derechos de terceros; y (e) presentar la información devuelta como una oferta vinculante o un compromiso contractual de EcoPlaza sin la confirmación de un asesor humano.
It is prohibited to: (a) attempt to write, modify or delete data through the server, which is strictly read-only; (b) perform massive automated scraping in order to replicate, reconstruct or resell EcoPlaza's database; (c) send anomalous volumes of requests for abuse, denial-of-service or rate-limit evasion purposes; (d) use the service for unlawful or fraudulent purposes or purposes that infringe third-party rights; and (e) present the returned information as a binding offer or contractual commitment from EcoPlaza without confirmation from a human advisor.
No warranties; not a binding offer
Toda la información devuelta por el servidor es de carácter referencial y puede cambiar en cualquier momento sin previo aviso (disponibilidad de locales, condiciones comerciales, horarios, etc.). Esta información NO constituye una oferta vinculante ni un contrato de EcoPlaza. Los precios, tasas, cuotas de financiamiento y condiciones de compra deben confirmarse siempre directamente con un asesor comercial humano de EcoPlaza; de hecho, el servidor está diseñado para derivar activamente estas consultas al equipo comercial en lugar de responder con cifras.
El servicio se ofrece "tal cual" (as-is) y "según disponibilidad" (as-available), sin garantías de ningún tipo, expresas o implícitas, incluyendo (sin limitarse a) garantías de exactitud, integridad, vigencia o disponibilidad continua e ininterrumpida.
All information returned by the server is for reference only and may change at any time without notice (unit availability, commercial terms, opening hours, etc.). This information does NOT constitute a binding offer or a contract from EcoPlaza. Prices, rates, financing installments and purchase conditions must always be confirmed directly with a human EcoPlaza sales advisor; in fact, the server is designed to actively route these queries to the sales team rather than respond with figures.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including (without limitation) warranties of accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or continuous and uninterrupted availability.
Availability, modification & discontinuation of the service
EcoPlaza / Iterruptivo puede modificar, suspender, limitar o discontinuar el servidor MCP (o cualquiera de sus tools) en cualquier momento, total o parcialmente, sin previo aviso y sin que ello genere responsabilidad alguna frente a los usuarios, agentes de IA o integraciones de terceros que lo consulten.
EcoPlaza / Iterruptivo may modify, suspend, limit or discontinue the MCP server (or any of its tools) at any time, in whole or in part, without prior notice and without incurring any liability toward users, AI agents, or third-party integrations that query it.
Limitation of liability
En la máxima medida permitida por la ley aplicable, EcoPlaza / Iterruptivo no será responsable por daños directos, indirectos, incidentales o consecuentes que resulten del uso o la imposibilidad de uso del servidor MCP, ni de decisiones tomadas por un usuario, agente de IA o tercero con base en la información que este devuelve. La responsabilidad por la compra, financiamiento o cualquier compromiso comercial recae exclusivamente en el proceso formal llevado a cabo con un asesor humano de EcoPlaza, no en la información obtenida a través de este servidor.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EcoPlaza / Iterruptivo shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the MCP server, nor for decisions made by a user, AI agent or third party based on the information it returns. Responsibility for any purchase, financing or commercial commitment lies exclusively with the formal process carried out with a human EcoPlaza advisor, not with information obtained through this server.
Data & privacy
El servidor no recolecta datos personales de los usuarios ni de los agentes de IA que se conectan a él, más allá de registros técnicos mínimos (nombre de la tool invocada, marca de tiempo y latencia) usados con fines operativos y de seguridad. The server does not collect personal data from users or from the AI agents connecting to it, beyond minimal technical logs (invoked tool name, timestamp and latency) used for operational and security purposes.
